Agenda For this weekend

We will meet at school all 3 days in room 503 at 7AM (or after you are off the bus). Our bus is scheduled to leave school at 7:30AM. I expect us to leave by 7:30! The facility opens at 8AM (except on Thursday) and we want great seats. We typically line up outside and have some pre-event fun.
The bus home is scheduled to leave at 4:30PM. I need to clear with transportation that we will be later on Friday and Saturday because of Awards ceremony.
B&L is offering a team social for just the B&L teams on Friday night at the RIT Inn & Conference Center starting at 6PM. I will see if I can get transportation changed so we can attend. Otherwise we will need to provide our own transportation. I should know more tomorrow and will update.
While at the event I want you to have fun. If you plan on going in the pit you must have safety glasses, hair pulled back, and closed toed shoes. DO NOT borrow a pair of safety glasses from the safety table, bring your own. We will need help with scouting. Please see Stephen Williamson or John Maffett if you want to help. If you owe money for lunch please bring it with you to the event. If you signed up for a lunch and did not raise the minimum you will owe. Budget lunch is $4.00 and Standard lunch is $7.50 per day. I have a list of who put orders in for lunch. The team has covered almost $900 in lunches and will need to be paid back roughly $200 from those that owe.

I felt like baking and because some of the veterans on the team told me about the party... I made some cupcakes. So, I hope so. (:
